Australasian Enterprise Architecture Summer School 2022

This one-day executive workshop provides participants with the theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical experience required to formulate a digital strategy through the application of leading digital business frameworks, business model concepts, and strategic practices and techniques.

Digital Enterprise Architecture

Digital enterprise architecture (EA) is required to address the digital innovation and transformation challenges faced by government and business enterprises. This two-day workshop provides participants with hands-on practical experience in, and an understanding of, digital enterprise architecture concepts, design principles, practices, tools, and techniques so that they can stay ahead of the digital curve.

Digital innovation is required to address the continuous growth and transformation challenges of government and enterprises. Digital innovation is the ability to adapt to a change for a specific purpose including entrepreneurship, and is enabled by digital people, process, information, data, technology. This one-day workshop provides hands-on practical experience and understanding of leading, executing and adapting digital innovations for a purpose. Participants will learn through the application of contemporary digital innovation concepts, model, practices, tools, and techniques.
